Session Rates
Consultation Call (15 minutes): Free
Individual Counselling Session (50 minutes): $155
Extended Individual Counselling Session (80 minutes): $240
Sliding Scale: In an effort to increase the accessibility of counselling services, I offer a sliding scale rate to a limited number of clients who encounter financial barriers to accessing counselling. People with financial barriers or people with other unique intersectional needs are welcome to inquire via email. I give priority to individuals who identify as trans, non-binary, Indigenous and/or POC.
✹✹✹ Members of the Filipinx community - please reach out about low-cost counselling. I am offering two probono sessions as a support, then following sessions at sliding-scale. ✹✹✹

Likely, yes! Most extended benefits packages cover some or all of a counselling session fee with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Get in touch with your provider directly to find out!
Please note: I do not direct bill to insurance providers, but will provide you with a detailed receipt upon payment.

Cancellation Policy: I require at least 48 hours notice for session cancellation without a charge of the full fee. Your time has been reserved for you, meaning it has not been made available to others.
If you are late, we will finish the remainder of the session for the full fee.

Our initial session will help us build a foundation for our work. We will take time to understand what brought you to counselling and what it is like to be you. We will discuss the pace that we will work together and how best to approach your unique needs with care.
I always want our work to feel collaborative and consensual - you have a say in the process every step of the way.

Yes! Having experience in both, I can assure you that virtual therapy is equally beneficial from a clinical perspective. Virtual can also help to provide counselling access to those who have challenging schedules or live in remote areas.
Virtual therapy sessions can be done in your home, office or car - really anywhere you can find a space to talk freely and openly - with internet access :)
